さて、注文して、すぐオーダーメールがきました。 それから、二日後に例のFAX送れメールがきました。 以下原文。一部＊でつぶしてあります。

To protect you from credit card abuse, if we notice that a high-dollar order has been placed on your credit card and the order is placed from an International country, we must have a copy of your credit card statement in order to process your order.
One of our company policies is to verify the address and credit card information given for all new orders before they are processed. This will help assure the protection of the credit card holder and GameStop.Com/EBGames.com from fraudulent charges.
Unfortunately, because this is an international order, we are unable to contact your bank to verify any information on your account. In order to help us verify this information via another method you should: 1. Fax your most recent credit card statement. 2. The statement must show your name, address and the last four digits of the card number on it. Feel free to block out all the other numbers. 3. Write your order number at the top of the statement.
If this information is not on the statement your order can not be processed.

If you would like to cancel this order simply reply to this email and add the word “CANCEL" to the subject line. If you do not reply within 72 hours, we will assume you wish to cancel your order. というわけで、クレジットカードの明細を送りました。 下4桁が載ってないので、カードを載せてスキャン。 その画像をFAXしました。 PamFaxってところを使って送信しました。 3枚まで無料ってことでしたが、1枚20円分くらいかかって、たぶん、2回目はおくれません。 でも、無料なのできにせずに送信。 ここでの送り方は、国を選んで7****をセットして送信です。
調べてて、国際電話のかけ方なんですが 国際アクセス番号+相手の国番号+相手の国内での電話番号です。 送れないって記述をみたりしましたのでちょっとメモ。 GameStopの場合 通常（普通の固定電話） 010-1-7*****となります。

平成15年5月1日から国番号の前に国際プレフィックス番号「０１０」を付けて発信しないと国際電話にかからなくなりました。

ってこのへんがうまくかけられなかったりする理由と思われます。
というわけで、GameStopにFaxを送信しました。
